We are excited to announce the upgrade of our online banking service, Home Branch Online, effective June 13, 2022! We are making this change as part of our commitment to offering you the best possible products and services and to enhance your online banking experience. This upgrade will not only bring a new and improved online banking platform, but also a superior and fully integrated mobile banking app! To help prevent you from encountering any issues getting logged in to Home Branch Online after the upgrade is complete, please ensure your contact information with us is up to date! Our upgraded Home Branch Online uses two-factor authentication, a security measure that sends you a one-time access code to log in to online banking. This code will be sent either by e-mail or text message to the e-mail address or phone number we have on file for you.
It is important to note there will be no changes to your member number or online banking password upon your initial login. However, you will notice some changes in the way things look and feel regarding your online banking experience. After the upgrade is complete, you will log in to Home Branch Online as usual with your ISPFCU Member Number and your existing Home Branch Online password. You’ll then be asked to enter your member number, the last 4 digits of your SSN, and your date of birth for member verification. After submitting this information you’ll then follow the steps to obtain your access code for two-factor authentication. Once you’ve received and entered your access code, you’ll then be prompted to setup a new online banking password to complete the process. Follow all the onscreen prompts as directed and you’ll be enjoying our upgraded Home Branch Online in no time!
In order to complete the upgrade, please note that Home Branch Online will be placed into view only maintenance mode on Friday, June 10, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. through Monday, June 13, 2022 at 8:00 a.m. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
