You can now enjoy all of the benefits of your ISPFCU VISA Debit and Credit Cards using Apple Pay™ on iPhone 6®! Apple Pay changes how you pay with breakthrough contactless payment technology and unique security features built right into iPhone 6 and other compatible devices. Apple Pay is the easy, secure, and private way to pay with a simple touch.
Security and privacy is at the core of Apple Pay. When you add a debit card or credit card with Apple Pay, the actual card numbers are not stored on the device nor on Apple servers. Instead, a unique Device Account Number is assigned, encrypted, and securely stored in the Secure Element of your device. Each transaction is authorized with a one-time unique dynamic security code, instead of using the security code from the back of your card.
It’s a snap to get started. Be sure your iPhone 6 or other compatible device has the latest version of iOS 8. You will then add your ISPFCU VISA cards to Apple Pay through Passbook®. After adding your cards, to pay in stores, just hold your device near the contactless reader with your finger on Touch ID™. A subtle vibration lets you know your payment information was successfully sent. To pay within apps, checking out is as easy as selecting “Apple Pay” and placing your finger on Touch ID. When you pay with your ISPFCU VISA Debit and Credit cards using Apple Pay, you still get all the rewards, benefits, and securities your cards provide.
You can use Apple Pay at hundreds of thousands of stores and participating apps. Just look for the contactless and Apple Pay symbols at the register.
